VISION
The Q Trust is guided by a vision of the world where all are valued, respected, and celebrated as an essential part of society despite and because of their sexual orientation and gender identity.
MISSION
From 2020 to 2024, The Q Trust leveraged money, connections, and power into political campaigns and related efforts in two main ways:
Short-term wins: helping create "tipping point" moments to secure electoral, ballot, and legislative victories.
Long-term investment: driving resources to build power and improve political landscapes for decades-long organizing efforts.
Through our work with major donors and institutional funders, we developed multi-cycle partnerships and cultivate a diverse, multi-generational donor network.
